Come back to the home of your body with practices that bring grounding and spaciousness. Practices that build our capacity for compassion and intuition.
Our focus will be on connecting with individual resources and routines that actually work for us each day.
Our focus will be on creating a supportive "healing circle", where we learn from the collective wisdom of the group.

Cost: sliding scale $10—$25 per class. No one turned away for lack of funds. Please let me know if you need to pay less.
