Healing Circles--
Exploring meaning and sacredness

On-going group, on Zoom
Thursdays, 2:30 — 4:30 pm

We use wisdom of the "healing circle" to explore various themes including:
—What gives meaning and richness to our lives?

—What fosters (or gets in the way of) connection with ourselves, each other and the divine—especially in light of the fact that we may be wrestling with grief, loss and the thought of dying.
—How does the inner critic contribute to our suffering? How can we effectively work with these critical voices?
—It is possible to see our lives as a "Hero's Journey"?
—How do dreams show up in our lives to bring messages of healing and wholeness?

In a healing circle, each of us is an equal participant, bringing our presence to holding the "rim" of the circle and speaking our truth and heart into the center. We work with the roles of speaker, listener and space holder, in the large circle and in smaller groups, and explore these insights deeply so we can extend them to the rest of our lives. We practice self-compassion and stress relief techniques to bring greater ease into the group and into our lives.

My classes and groups are open to anyone whose life has been affected by cancer or other illness as well as friends/family, support people, personal and professional caregivers.
Cost:

Sliding scale $10—$35 per class. For the 6-class series $60—$210. No one turned away for lack of funds.
Please let me know if you need to pay less.
