qigong + creativity
ground/energize with qigong, relax into the flow of art making
this season: FUSED GLASS

At Mooluz Art Studio in Temescal
Maximum 6 students
We begin our practice with movement from Wisdom Healing qigong and Quan Yin standing qigong. We practice in the studio or outside (weather permitting). Then we take the flow from our qigong practice into art making. This season we work in fused glass, creating brilliant light-filled designs that can be functional, decorative, art, or all three.
The class is small because of limited studio space. We will try to accommodate everyone's schedule when we choose which Fridays to hold class. No art experience required.
We work with glass in many colors, with frits and powders, decals, copper and silver. We learn how to fuse and slump and drape our pieces.
Cost is $120 per month for 2 classes, includes all materials and kiln firing.
